I'm hoping Icemember can make variants of these where they have hoods, kamas, and pauldrons, etc. The more variants we have of the "Phase 1" Paratrooper, the best. I think it's safe to say they could have used these guys well into the later end of the Clone Wars as sort of sharpshooters. Also, some Clones liked keeping their older helmets. ARC Captain Rex, for instance, meshed the looks of the PH-1 and 2 helmets.

I chose a digital desert camo pattern to overlay the armor because I thought this model would pull it off the best - even moreso with a hood, cape, etc. These men will be considered some of the best of the Grand Army of the Republic in terms of Desert Warfare and will go on to serve as Sandtroopers in the Empire. I was thinking they'd look good with a hood/cape thing like Megatron in Dark of the Moon:

I based the second one off of the Afrika Korps. But these can be used for any mission involving the desert, or can be recolored to match other environments - like temperate, jungle, woodland, winter, etc. Could also be used as crewmen, maybe? I would give these guys hats and they can be generic riflemen.

The skins look good! I liek em. Umm....the clone with no helmet, is that how he's suppose to be? Or did you make the belt to low?

The gunner, maybe I can make a under held version of the 30 and 50cal.

It was suppose to look like that, but I guess I can get rid of the bottom portion. I still have the .psd. And, okay, that'd be cool. A underhanded .50 cal might be even more awesome.

Rathian Assault Trooper
CAB-44 Assault Blaster Rifle. The only difference between the rifleman is that this weapon is automatic whereas the SACR-8 is a single-shot.

Changed the model for the rocketeer to the 'Scout' version, because I figured since that rocket launcher would wear them down, they'd need to be a bit lighter when on the field.

Looks great. I think that one might be better. I see use of the Galactic Marines model, however, because I imagine it'd help with desert environments. I'm not sure. Though, I would like to use a hood and cape/sash for the ones I'm making, to give them that gritty wasteland look.

But yeah, I might brighten the camo just a tiny bit for them.
